Tiny Feats
Privacy Policy
In short: Tiny Feats does not collect, sell or share any personal information. The things you record stay on your devices and, if you keep iCloud Sync on, in your own private iCloud account. The developer cannot see them.
What you record
Tiny Feats saves the things you note as finished and the date and time you finished them. This information is stored on your iPhone. It is never sent to the developer, and the app has no accounts, no servers and no sign-in.
iCloud Sync
iCloud Sync is on by default. While it is on, your entries are also kept in the private iCloud database of your Apple Account, so they stay up to date on your other devices signed in to the same account. This storage is provided by Apple, and the developer has no access to it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
You can turn iCloud Sync off at any time in Tiny Feats: open the calendar, tap Settings, and switch off iCloud Sync. Your entries then stay on that iPhone only.
Widgets, Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight
Tiny Feats offers Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts actions, and a Control Center control. These run on your device using Apple's system features and read the same entries stored on your iPhone.
So that you can find your entries in Spotlight, their text and time are added to your device's search index. This index stays on your device. You can stop Tiny Feats content from appearing in search in the Settings app, under Tiny Feats.
When you use Siri, your request is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Tiny Feats only receives the text of the entry you ask it to add. Asking Siri what you finished today requires your iPhone to be unlocked.
What Tiny Feats does not do
- No analytics, tracking or advertising.
- No third-party code that collects data.
- No access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
App preferences
Tiny Feats remembers a few settings on your device, such as whether iCloud Sync is on and whether you have seen the welcome screens. These stay on your device and are not shared.
Deleting your data
To delete an entry, swipe left on it and tap Delete. With iCloud Sync on, the deletion also applies to your other devices. Deleting the app removes everything Tiny Feats stored on that iPhone.
Children
Tiny Feats does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
